As we gear up for our upcoming public offering, we're thrilled to share some exciting news about our future acquisition plans in Peru. We've been actively scouting for promising opportunities, including small-scale mining operations that could benefit from a financial boost to increase production or those interested in forming joint venture partnerships.

In a significant move in October 2023, we secured an option on a property with a substantial $600,000 copper deposit. This strategic acquisition will complement our future copper project plans once we go public.

Last year, in partnership with Chaparra Resources, we successfully acquired the deeds to a private family mine that was unable to complete the government's formalization process.
Although we hold the deeds, this mine will be brought online in late 2024 or post-listing, marking a new chapter of growth and opportunity.
