Chala Update – November 28th 2022
Company Obtains Deeds To Its First Mine.
The key to operating a successful tolling business is to ensure that there is a constant supply of minerals to process, we are continually looking for potential new customers amongst the artisanal mining community and that can often involve days of gruelling mountain travel.
Chala’s site manager conducts an onsite assay test.
Securing Deeds
Recently we have identified several small mining operations that are still yet to sign up to the Government’s Formalization programme.
One such mining operation situated approximately eighty kilometres south of Chala has agreed for us to take over the deeds of the property which effectively then brings them under the Chaparra Resources umbrella thus securing a small but regular amount of minerals each week.
A Safer, Profitable Supply Line
Bringing operations under Chaparra Resources umbrella also helps the miners to become more productive thus becoming more profitable as well as deploying much safer mining techniques.
The result is simple, Chaparra Resources expands its supply line, and the miners are legal. This also means that the Company will own its first mine.
